When can I book a corporate event?

Seeking a daytime adventure for your team or special event? We open our portals early for corporate groups and private gatherings. To begin planning your journey, contact us at events@keepersofbalance.com.

How long does an adventure last?

You and your team will have 75 minutes to complete your mission and restore balance.

Is this an escape room?

Your adventure will have many similarities to a traditional escape room; however, it will consist of a balance between mental and physical tasks.

What is an Adventure Style Escape Room?

An Adventure Style Escape Room Experience is a 75-minute game designed for a team to go through together, trying to solve both mental and physical puzzles, tasks, and challenges. The group will be immersed into an elaborate storyline that will stimulate all of your senses.

Am I locked in the room?

No, you will not be locked in any of the adventures. There are emergency exits throughout each of our rooms in the event you need to step out of the experience for any reason.

Can I play an adventure more than once?

Yes. You can book an adventure as many times as you like. If you want to share the experience you had with friends and family that couldn’t make it, bring them with you on your next adventure.

What happens if I'm going to be late?

The portal across the cosmos that is a bridge to your adventure can only be opened for a short period of time. Arriving on time is of the utmost importance. If team members are delayed, summon the Keepers of Balance at your earliest ability.

Can I bring another person the day of my adventure?

Yes, you can bring additional people the day of your adventure as long as your party size does not exceed 6 people. The additional people will pay for their portal pass before the adventure begins.

What happens if I need to rebook my adventure?

Adventures may be rescheduled if the Keepers of Balance are notified 48 hours prior to your adventure start time.

How do I become a Keeper of Balance?

To become a Keeper of Balance, you must successfully complete all adventures.

Are the adventures scary?

Every adventure is designed with a different theme in mind. While some adventures may give you a fright, others are for the faint of heart.

How physical are the adventures?

Each adventure has physical elements. Some are more physical than others. Depending on the adventure you select, you may be required to climb, push, pull, crawl, slide, or rappel. If you are unable to complete a physical challenge, there are alternate paths.

Will other people I don’t know be in my experience?

All adventures are private. Teams will not be paired with unknown adventurers.

Can I come only for The Ancient Outpost?

Yes, The Ancient Outpost is an experience all in itself. Use the front door or find one of the many secret entrances that change weekly. Enjoy the atmosphere, drinks, and light food.

What is The Ancient Outpost?

The Ancient Outpost is the Keepers of Balance secret hideout and rendezvous. It is an industrial-themed outpost where fellow adventurers congregate to have a drink and exchange stories.

Do I have to be a Keepers of Balance Member to play?

No. To become a Keepers of Balance Member, simply complete all the adventures successfully. There are many advantages to becoming a Keeper of Balance. Members are provided with Special Pricing, Limited Edition Gear and Keepers Pin, Early Access and council to new adventures and events, and more.

Age Requirements

Young adventurers below the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Traveling the cosmos is not suitable for individuals below the age of 8.
